1. Service

HeroMio is a learning platform that provides mathematics and other educational activities, progress tracking and game-based features.

2. Accounts

Users must keep their login credentials secure. HeroMio grants school account administration rights after registration is approved.

3. School trial use

During free trial use, features may be changed, improved or temporarily unavailable. A school’s use may be governed by a trial-use agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to compromise platform security, access other users’ accounts, disrupt the service through automated means or use content for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

HeroMio software code, design, activity sets, text and graphics, except clearly identified third-party content, may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide stable operation, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed during the trial stage. Critical issues are addressed as reasonably possible.

7. Liability

HeroMio is a supplementary learning tool and does not replace teacher decisions or official student assessment. Limitations of liability apply to the extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. A separate data-processing agreement may be concluded for schools.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Material changes are published on the website or communicated directly to schools.
